When you reach out to 2-1-1, you’ll have access to information about thousands of social service agencies, programs, and community resources. 2-1-1 can help you find everything from basic needs like food, housing, and health care to legal services, drug treatment, jobs assistance, child care, mental health services, transportation, financial assistance, and much more. 2-1-1 is TTY accessible and multilingual. United Way Family Success Center Residents of our North Essex communities of Caldwell, Cedar Grove, Essex Fells, Fairfield, Glen Ridge, Livingston, Montclair, North Caldwell, Roseland, Verona, and West Caldwell can also receive one-on-one assistance at the United Way Family Success Center located at the United Way building at 60 South Fullerton Avenue in Montclair. United Way Family Success Center staff provides residents with the information and referrals necessary to receive support services to help them in their time of need. These families and individuals also work directly with the staff to develop personal goals and action plans to help them work toward achieving financial self-sufficiency.
