United Way of Northern New Jersey is governed by a volunteer Board of Trustees comprised of leaders from a variety of industries in our region and beyond. We engage the Board in the work of governance, strategy, and advocacy. Each member provides an opportunity to be more inclusive of diversity and differing perspectives within our organization and our communities.
