At United Way of Northern New Jersey, our philanthropic group of 120 women leaders is making a difference for our ALICE (Asset Limited, Income Constrained, Employed) neighbors. Women United builds community through volunteering, fundraising, and networking. From March 2022 through February 2023, this group of women leaders raised $176,000 to help ALICE and households in poverty by hosting 14 events with over 900 attendees and 174 volunteer shifts.
